I'm 15 with 32AA breasts I feel so ugly :-(?!


Question: I haven't started my periods yet either. I hate having small breasts and I think it's because of my diet, I have a really bad diet and really want to change that Im still really skinny. does anyone have any tips for eating healthily.

I know from friends that even though you are late in developing you will probably be fine and it will all catch up. Good diets are really simple - lots of fruit and veg and really cut out the junk food - it does take a bit of effort and commitment, but I wouldn't try to put on weight.
Apparently if you are under 7 stone (100lbs) and not really short this will delay puberty, but unless you are a lot less than this I would give it at least another 6 months.

Diet has nothing to do with breast size...genetics does. If your Mom, her female siblings, or her Mom were small then you will be too.

Breast size has nothing to do with beauty, confidence does. Don't be so hard on yourself. You're 15...you still have a lot of growing to do yet. :)

i'm 15 and my boobs are 28AA! boobs usually are in proportion to your figure, if you're fat you have big boobs, if you're skinny you have skinny boobs. they're pretty much made of fat, if you gain weight, you'll gain there too, if you lose weight, you'll lose from there too. are you too thin to have your period? when you say you have a really bad diet and you're really skinny does that mean you don't eat that much? because i haven't had my periods for over a year due to being too thin. my bmi now is about 15.5 and i know it has to be at 17.5 or over for me to get my period back

First of all any of your friends that have bigger breasts have probably started their periods. When you start your periods your body is going to change. Don't worry about it, Eating healthy isn't rocket science. Most junk that teenagers snack on is fried, fatty, sugary, etc. eat yogurt, and veggies, and granola bars, etc. But any amount of food is not going to effect your breast size. Food doesn't make your boobs bigger unless you gain a ton of weight and get fat. YOur body will develop the way its supposed to, but you need to embrace what you are, because too many people are wayyy to concerned with their appearance and then spend most of their time unhappy. Give your body time, and then take it from there.
