Question: i have the ugliest stomach ever! and i hate it!
I reaaaaalllllyy want a flat stomach but i heard in order to get a flat stomach from crunches you have to get rid of all the belly fat first to see results,

Unfortunately, belly fat is really tough to get rid of. The best way for you to reduce your overall BMI is to do various cardio exercises such as walking, running, riding a bike etc. There is no such thing as spot weight loss, meaning that it is impossible for you to lose the fat in specific areas. However, once you start exercising you will see you stomach getting smaller.

Yes, you have to burn the fat before building muscle.

Running helps alot.
Start off walking fast...gradually change to jogging and then run.

Buy a sweat suit there about 15 dollars and run in place every 2 days for at least 20 minutes and thats how you loose it!

ps.Thats not true if you have belly fat you could still get a six pack if your skinny that doesnt mean you have a six pack.

aquiring flat beach abs is a three step process.

Step 1- cut the calories. it doesn't really matter if you eat carbs or anything like that, as long as you are cutting calories. try to shoot for cutting out 3,000 cals a week from your current diet.

step 2- cardio. try to hit the treadmill or bikes 30 min a day 3 times a week. you can add the calories burned here into your calorie deficit from step one.

step 3- muscle work out, abdominals. go for leg lifts, crunches, anything that works out the stomach area.

There's not a specific workout or thing that you do to lose the weight. Simply, all you do is find workouts that burn calories, and make sure that you are eating less calories then you are burning. You don't have to set up a little math formula or anything. Just eat smart. Fruit, vegetables, basically all the stuff that you've probably heard a million times. But the most important thing you can do is eat less and work your butt off. I wrestle, and the practices are physically the hardest thing I've done. Lots of running and moving. And I've lost a couple pounds of straight fat while gaining muscle in just a month. Do workouts that keep your heart rate up like running and all that stuff. Go for a run every other day/every day if you want to, while doing pushups every night and sit ups. That's basically what I do and it works out great for me.
And remember that simply working out one specific area like the stomach won't give as good of results as other things. Do workouts that work out as many muscle groups at once as possible. Swimming is great for that.
