Is there anything i can do to loose belly fat?!

Question: run, or do any cardiovascular activity. What ever you do, it has to get your heart rate up. Don't do crunches or sit ups, this will strengthen your abbs, but not make them show. If you want a nice stomach you gotta get moving and lose some weight

Cardio workouts. Running, jogging or something that will get your heart rate up for 30-4o minutes most days of the week.

Sit ups and cut back on the food...I am in the same boat!

cardio cardio cardio and no more fat and sugar, and lower calorie intake to 2000 or less

goto a steam room, running and jogging is a good idea too, just be active. try not to eat too much fast food or fatty foods.

sit ups, run, ride a bike, and there are many other stomach exercises u should google it

Sit-ups

Id say run to loose the fat, sit ups to tighten it, no sweets or fatty foods and water is always good for you no matter if your exercising or not but it is important to drink lots of water when being active

diet and excercise...

you need to work on your overall body, but crunches do help as long as when you do it, your shoulder blades come off the ground.

swimming is great as it tightens it all back up... tried and tested!!! worked a dream for me..

it might be kinda slow but if u drink 4 glasses of ice water each day for the next 5 months u can lose 2 pounds of belly fat sorry if its to inconvenient T-T

Take CLA...Conjugated Linoleic Acid (see below)

In a preliminary study, CLA has also been shown to reduce body fat in people who are overweight.

by Mary Shomon

A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study, published in the December 2000 issue of the Journal of Nutrition found that CLA reduces fat and preserves muscle tissue. According to the research project manager, an average reduction of six pounds of body fat was found in the group that took CLA, compared to a placebo group.

The study found that approximately 3.4 grams of CLA per day is the level needed to obtain the beneficial effects of CLA on body fat.

Dr. Michael Pariza, who conducted research on CLA with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, reported in August 2000 to the American Chemical Society that "It doesn't make a big fat cell get little. What it rather does is keep a little fat cell from getting big."

Pariza's research did not find weight loss in his group of 71 overweight people, but what he did find was that when the dieters stopped dieting, and gained back weight, those taking CLA "were more likely to gain muscle and not fat.'' In a separate study conducted at Purdue University in Indiana, CLA was found to help improve insulin levels in about two-thirds of diabetic patients, and moderately reduced the blood glucose level and triglyceride levels, suggesting that it may help to maintain normal insulin levels.

CLA has been the subject of a variety of research in the past several years, and findings also suggest that some of the other benefits of CLA include the following:

May increase metabolic rate -- This would obviously be a positive benefit for promoting normal thyroid function.

May help decrease abdominal fat.

May enhance muscle growth -- Muscle burns fat, which also contributes to increased metabolism, which is useful in weight loss and management.

Helps maintain normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Helps maintain normal insulin levels.

Helps make it easier to control weight.

Enhances immune system -- Enhancing the immune system's ability to function properly is a positive benefit.
If you're interested in taking CLA to help with weight loss, keep in mind that it's not a magic, and you will need to start a program of diet and exercise in order to successfully lose weight and keep it off.

--------------------------------------...

It's impossible to just lose fat from one place on your body. You have to actually lose fat allover, so I recommend upping your cardio activity-- if you do none, aim for 30-40 minutes, four times a week. Also, doing isolated crunches, and then doing them with a twist will help work the muscles in the abdominal area. The muscles however, although they will be firmer, they will not be visible until the fat is gone.

Utilizing low weights for the upper and lower body will also help burn fat as muscle raises the body's metabolism. Or try simple moves like lunges (great for butt/thighs), and push-ups (great for chest/arms/back). No weights are needed for those moves (no gym), and you can do them anywhere.

Just remember to keep up with the cardio, stick to a low-fat diet filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein, and you'll firm up in no time!

Good Luck!
