I just got mine, I ordered it off Amazon.com for 65$ including s&h so dont bother paying $150 for it.

I did my first exercise this morning and I couldnt keep up with the lady, my legs are jello, as the othe lady said, its very hard but if you do this every day, I have no doubt it will help.

Note though, it reqires hard work, its no easy miracle workout. If you like to push yourself, I am sure this will work GREAT and give awesome results.

I am on day one of my routine. So lets see if I improve in 30 days.

i have one and i only use it occasionally. it makes me so sore that i stay away from it 4 a really long time. probably does the trick w/ regular use though. i got mine on ebay 4 pretty cheap.
