Go to the doctor. There may be something wrong with your thyroid. My friend had some sort of problem they diagnosed at the doctor, and the doctor gave her growth hormones. It's a shot that your parent injects in your arm every morning.
Otherwise, there really isn't another way. How tall are your parents? If they're tall, there's still a chance of you growing. My friend's dad grew a foot in college!

well you cant make yourself grow. if you are a girl, then you will stop growing 2 years after you start your period. if you are a boy, you will grow soon.
drink alot of milk.i didn it and my doc said i gained an extra couple inches from drinking a good couple glasses a day.
so everytime you reach for some juice or soda just grab some milk.
i know it sounds old and cliche but it works.
and dont do weights that stunts growth.
I was the same height in 5th grade. My favorite drink is milk=)
