i am pro ana and as far as hunger pains go eat carrots or popcorn
as far as hair and nails go take your vitamins and deep condition your hair everyother day
use coleterol(it'ss orangeish and found in the black hair care section)leave it on your hair then put on ither plastic wrap or a plastic shower cap or both and i let it sit for 45 minutes to a hour
my hair looks so good and healthy
i am pro ana and have been for a very long time my mother was pro ana
i eat but i watch what i eat the most calories i eat is about 1,000 a day when i feel like pigging outyou can also try water or juice fasting to cvleanse your body
also mix 2 teaspoons of apile cider viniger in your water everyday for the anitoxidents
and use facial masks every other day to keep your skin looking great
make sure to take a calcium suppliement for your bones so they stay healthy
and most of all be careful and stay strong

GET HELP. Anorexia is NOT healthy. IT WILL KILL YOU.

i'm sorry i am no use, i'm afraid eating is really the only thing for concentration and to stop you fainting, you do get used to it though. when i have exams and i eat around the time, i get 1 - 2 grades higher than if i am fasting. fact. i smother my skin in moisturiser, and my face in foundation! my hair was really bad but then i started taking vitamins and supplements and because i was getting no calcium i ate a fat free yogurt everyday (65 cals, 30% of reccommended calcium) this has helped a bit but no major difference. i'm sorry i know it can be hard!

My ex-girlfriend killed herself like that.

Think about that.

The only thing to do is EAT....your hair will start to fall out and you will look sickly. Nothing except eating a proper nutritious diet will make you feel or look good. You cannot function or concentrate if all you are thinking about is how hungry you are.
