My hubby is over weight.. and i pick on him about this, as we are both in our twenties. I am in my healthy weight range so i can pick on him without feeling guilty :) I thought i was happy being over weight because it made me feel more powerful, but then i came to realize happiness is in waking up, looking in the mirror and saying wow thats me i see.
