Is 20 minutes weight training daily for 6 days enough?!

It sounds like you're not giving your body time to heal. Small tears in you muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc... it's good to let it heal, maybe try doing cardio for 45 minutes 4 days a week and whatever sets 3 days a week. don't you work?

it is fine ..even 3 day a week is good. provided that the exercises be done regularly....do not forget drinking of water

better combine weight lifting with cardio.
Start with 3-5 min cardio, than continue with weights and finish with 20-30 min cardio.
The secret is that you start to burn fats after 20 min of cardio. During the weights your body continue to be "under stress" and when finishing with cardio you will burn all the time internal fat.

Depends what your goals are, if you want to build lean muscle and look fit do the 6 days 1 hour weights and 30 mins cardio each day. thats my routine.
