Im 5.3 and 12 i weigh 132 how can i drop the weight and is that considered obeas!

i Weigh about that much......

but a way that you can loose some weight is by jumping on a trampoline 30 minutes a day!

i've been doing it for about a week and i see some improvement!

You're 12 don't worry about being oBEAST.

That doesn't sound too overweight too me. Just excersize some more, only eat when you're hungry, and your sure to see results.

no that is not considered obeas... if you want to lose weight there is nothing wrong with that you could take thirty minutes out of you day to dance or do kickboxing or mix it up. After I had my daughter I would dance and do kickboxing and taebo and I lost the weight pretty quick. good luck

jog it sucks but u loose the weight

okay definatly exercise 30 mintues 3 days a week. if at first you can't do that much do 15 minutes 5 days a week and work up to 30 minutes. also try to eat healthy foods. stay away from chips, sodas, and pizza and sweets. try to eat fruits vegetables and drink lots of water. good luck!

First of all...you're not obese or even overweight for that matter. YOu are 12 years old, you sholdnt be worrying about these things anyways. You'll probaly have a growth spurt soon, then you'll thin out without even having to do anything. Just make sure you are eating healthy, lots of fruits and veggies, and are getting enough exercise!!!
