Will i Lose weight if??!


Question: i took Vitamins, drank alot of water and eat one salad as a meal everyday and Also exercised??

If so how much can i lose in A month??..Please give me your Closest estimate.

I run a health club in NYC and am a certified personal trainer, and I gotta tell ya if it were that easy everyone would look great. Don't get me wrong, its a start but what else are you going to eat and how much and how many times a day? Are you going to just diet and lose so that you can gain it back or are you going to actually learn to eat? What kind of exercise? Are you one of these "I do 2 hours on the treadmill every day why am I fat" women or do you plan on toning with light resistance training?
OK now that your head is spinning, the answer is yes you will lose weight if you eat properly and exercise. As for how much you can lose in a month it depend on your height weight and age.
Join a reputable gym and hire a certified personal trainer. It will work better than trying to do it yourself.

you wont survive on that diet. Your body demands more food than one salad a day. It may work for 2 days but after that you will be eating like crazy. Plus you wouldnt lose any weight because your body will go into starvation mode and not release any fat because your body doesnt know when it will eat again

You'd be better off eating a healthy meal whenever you feel hungry.

This keeps your metabolism up (the rate at which your body burns calories) and you won't starve that way.

If you only ate one salad a day your body's metabolism would slow down. You'd lose weight at first, but then would probably gain more then you lost in a couple of days.

If you do a diet like that, your body will be starved. In return, it will start saving every calorie you eat, and it could make you gain weight.

I take it from this post you want to lose weight. Vitamins don't really help you do that. If you want to lose weight, and keep it off, start smaller and work your way up. Drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, and start spending time at the gym.

Make sure you eat a balanced meal (not just salads) or your body will begin to absorb every calorie because it thinks you are starving it. The best way to watch what you eat is what your portions and processed foods. Eat, but eat smaller portions (but don't starve yourself!). Also, monitor your dairy intake. Drink skim milk, and eat sandwitches without cheese. No salad dressing, mayo, or the like?

The weight will start coming off slowly, but as your body adjusts to your new healthy, wholesome diet, it will come off faster.

That's not really healthy because you need protein. However I would say around 20-25lbs probaby. This site is great for losing weight fast.
