Can I expect to see results?!

Question: Hey there, so I am 14, I am ab it out of shape, so I've decided to start running to help me shape up, and get rid of some of those extra pounds, do you think that I'll start SEEING, not get to my weight loss goal within a few weeks if I do start running everyday? I plan on doing intervals, like to start otu, like walk for 2minutes, run for 1 for the first time, so on and so fourth. can I expect to see results if I pair this with other training, and a well balanced diet?

you are defienatly going to see results in about 6 weeks i mean real results and it seems you have a good head on your shoulders with the balanced diet
I wish you success just drink plenty of water

yes but dont exercise everyday! Do exericse 3 times a week so that your body can adjust, if you go extreme(everyday) your body wont know how to respond.

this is going to help u a lot and also u need to eat the half of wat u usually eat

every 2 weeks u can look at the weight scale and see how many pound u lost

It will take a while. You will loose inches before loosing weight. That's cool. Once you can run a mile a day the weight will start coming off. Commit to getting in shape first then you will train to be a better runner. Weight loss will follow!!!!!!!!!

no way, it will take much longer with the work you're planing to put into it. instead of walking for 2 minutes, you should walk for 3 miles a day. and then start to run that 3 miles. it will probably take you 30 mins if not more to walk it. if you want intense results, than you need an intense workout. you should start lifting weights too, because if you build muscle (not like a body builder) than the muscle will help burn the fat. so do your running/walking for about 2-3 miles, then take a 5 min break and do 20 pushups, then do 30 sit ups 2min break. another 20 pushups, another 30 situps. 2min break and then another 20 pushups. and that should be your work out for one day. take every other day off for the pushups and situps, but continue to walk everyday. that should get what you want in a month or two. it is impossible to get that small, that fast so just stick with it and dont give up.
