Work out Legs, without effecting my behind?!


Question: i would like thicker legs, so i am going to try running and going up and down my stairs, but im worried that it will just make my legs skinny-er. so my question is: how can i get thicker legs without eating mcdonalds everyday [it increases heart failure risk and causes people to fatuige easier because of fat content in blood]. if i drink a protien shake after working out, will it provent me from loosing fat and help me gain muscle. How can i work out my legs [squats, etc.] withough making my "behind" smaller.

Ok running will make your legs smaller if your not lifting any weights like doing squats and lunges also you should drink a protein shake before and after your workouts because it will give you better results also in order for you to gain thicker thighs and keep your booty is to do heavier weights with less reps that will make your butt better looking and it will still have its size with better shape and they will also build your legs making them thicker here are a few workouts you should do:Lunges,dead lifts,squats,hack squats,leg extensions,leg curls those right there will give you the sexiest legs in the universe similar to this womans http://www.youtube.com/verify_age?next_u...

ok you are right, running will blunt muscle growth. do barbell squats, those build thicker leg and butt muscles.

place body in back on floor, stretch out legs, keep doing that fro 30. to 1 hr. each day. Good Luck!

Hell...I'm in love with you just because you might be the only woman on earth who isn't trying to make her butt look smaller!! my GF has lost 35 lbs over the last 4 months...she is very proud of her new bikini body, but I am PISSED that she no longer has a booty!!!

Working out shouldn't decrease the size of your "behind". Doing squats, leg curls, and running also works out your glutes so your "behind" shouldn't get smaller but more toned.
