Losing weight.....HELP!!!?!


Question: ok. i need to lose 40-45 pounds by August. I am going to high school in September and want to look good. i don't want people to look at me and think that i am fat. I need help. i try to eat healthy but my mom doesn't always buy healthy food, i get her to sometimes though. i eat carrots, apples, bananas and sometimes salad. i also eat other things like that. Please help, i need help with what i should eat, i try to eat healthy and don't really eat chips or ice cream, and how i should exercise. i need exercises for every part of my body. Please help!!!! o yeah, i weigh 170ish pounds. anything would be good!!!! no detox diets or things like that. and no exercise programs that never work or ones that i have to spend money on. i also can't go to the gym. thanks for any help!

If i was you I'd start out with and mainly do cardio exercises that work both your heart AND lungs. Cardio exercises will melt the fat of your body. You should read this site To help you start okay.

jumping jacks is the best overall exercise, ten minutes upon waking and ten minutes before bed and you don't really need to change much else, jumping side twists and jump rope is also good

stop eating and watch wat you eat

well, u can workout, Watch wat u eat etc. plzz chek the site blow...and fil in info neded. u culd do exercises u enjoy, which wil help u wanna do it.......
