same here, i got back into my dance class this week after break and being sick and now my legs hurt, its just you arent used to that much exercise and your body needs to ajust, just take a hot bath then stretch, if you dont have the time then ice it on the go, hope i helped

you have probably just pulled a muscle
keep stetching you muscles
dont give up on excercise

STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR WORKOUTS!!!

it's acid on your muscles, if you worked both legs equally and it's only one leg I don't know what to tell you, just push through it, it's your body reacting to the exercise, as you get conditioned and used to the punishment this won't occur.

It's a good thing, I can't straighten my leg without a lot of pain now either, I just started doing squats again.

you have to consider lots of things, first of all how much over the average weight are you? have you ever exercised before? simple questions like these can help solve the question easier. Based on what your saying i would say dont give up on exercise but leave Tae Kwon Do...your probably not prepared to take the classes that you are assisting currently which is why you had such a brutal reaction the past couple of days. Probably what you could do is do alot of cardio exercise and hit the gym once in awhile making your legs stronger which is your main flaw in this case. When you later feel more comfortable you can enroll yourself once again into Tae Kwon Do classes although I recommend Kung Fu.
