It is absolutely NOT bad! It's good to give yourself a "free meal" about once a week where you can just eat whatever you've been craving. If you don't do that, you're liable to either 1. Be somewhat unfulfilled even though you have a killer bod or 2. Give into your pent-up longings and binge eat. One meal is not going to affect your overall health. Think of it this way: did one healthy meal get you healthy? Of course not!

ONE hot dog , once in a while will not induce obesity, diabetes, or whatever.

Hypochondriac? Yea.. watch out, can lead to eating disorders!

One hot dog isn't going to kill you... Now get down and give me 20! LOL! You are fine.

no lol ull be fine, there like only 10-14 grams of fat( not sure) but its ok, u wont gain a pound for one hotdog :)

On the contrary, ocassionally giving in to your temptations is healthy. You should eat healthy and get plenty of exercise but your body also needs some junk once in a while, and those tempations are its way of telling you what it needs. It is only unhealthy when you're giving into your temptations all the time because then it becomes what the body wants instead of what it needs.
