Your appetite varies; depending on activities, mood, weather, hormonal changes, stress, metabolism and if what you eat actually fills the void. The weather influences changes such as during the summer when it is hot - do you feel like eating much? Mostly Popsicles. In the winter time - you are at home and its cold and you tend to eat more fats (home-cooking).

Appetite and time of day really varies from person to person. They tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but after I wake up, I don't even feel like eating until noon. I think the type of job you have also relates to your appetite, if you work around food you are more prone to eat more. If you do any type of labor, you tend to work up and appetite.

Your stomach stretches depending on how much you eat at a time. You can eat small meals throughout the day and it will not increase the size of your stomach.

Stomach's are elastic like and their stretchability depends on how much a person eats. Your stomach is the size of one of your fists. It is said if you drink a glass of water before eating each meal - you will eat less because the water helps give you that "full" feeling - but so does milk.

Dieting will only work if you progress with your diet.
If you have a drastic decrease in the food you eat, you will crave it and end up eating more than you planned.
The best way to diet is slowly scale back your fatty food consumption, even so far as to eliminate it.

Exercise rocks too!

yes your appetite is influenced by alot of things. one will tend to be hungry at time in which you'll eat food normally. the more you eat in that meal the more you'll be hungry. The bigger stomach u have the more u can eat there fore the more your body wants you to eat. The time of year though does not affect your appetite though.
