When reading the nutrition label, what should you look for?!

If something is high in carbs, make sure it is also high in fiber. A lot of carbs with no fiber is pretty much empty nutritionally. Look for a good amount of protein as well, because it's fiber and protein that keep you full. Sodium does make you retain water, but it's not a huge deal as long as you don't have high blood pressure.
