Help with "healthy" grocery shopping?!


Question: im going grocery shopping soon. what should i buy for a healthy diet? if you cud, can you give me A HUGE list of items
(breakfast ideas, lunch ideas, dinner ideas, snack ideas, dessert ideas) that are all healthy, so i can stick to a diet and hoepfullly loose weight? [budget is not an issue.]

When I diet I buy a lot of organic.. actually, organic everything. It's really good food and really good for your body. When I'm not dieting I buy a lot of fruits and veggies. I snack a lot and that's my biggest problem why I gain weight. If I'm hungry and want something to snack on, since there's so much fruits and veggies laying around, I get a piece of fruit instead of junk. I pay attention a lot to the 4 main food groups, I like the variety and I portion my foods. I never eat more than a cup of anything. Lean Cuisine and Smart Choice make good dinners also. I stock up on those when they go on sale. Good luck!

I've heard many suggest to "shop the outer isles" of the grocery store. That way you are getting produce, juices, more healthy stuff. And you stay away from the isles with cookies, and cakes. I'm on weight watchers now...so I don't have any meal ideas (I'm eating the frozen meals now).
