-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds...peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit
-beans

vegetables & fruits, eat a banana with a little bit of peanut butter or some celery with fat free cream cheese.

[rotein and fiber will help you fill fuller - you could try adding some flaxseed to your daily intake or a fiber supplement

Try mixing low calories foods for a filling meal. Grilled chicken, chopped vegetables, maybe some beans, tossed onto mixed greens for a healthy salad (watch the salad dressing though). Whole grain breads with hummus and vegetables. Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce. Sliced turkey or chicken wraps with veggies. In the frozen isle, Lean Cuisine products are terrific.

I might not like it but I think it's great. Steamed broccoli ( like 6 cups raw) w/ no calorie butter spray, and spaghetti sauce. It is really good, and a good amount of food for only about 250 calories!

try sugar free jello---its great---also i have started eating the progresso lower calorie soups---they are delicious anf filling---try crystal light peach tea too---yummy
