Might be a dumb question....?!

Question: but I am pregnant. Prior to pregnancy, I ate really healthy. Lots of fruit, water, lean meats... etc.

Here and there I would take a weight watchers or Lean Cuisine meal to work if I didn't have time to make lunch. Or have myself a weight watchers muffin for breakfast with a bananna.

Can I still eat those lean cusine and weight watchers meals? Im not trying to LOSE weight, I just really like them.

Absolutely, just because your pregnant it doesn't mean you have to only eat junk food and gain an unhealthy amount of weight. My doctor told me when I was pregnant that he only expected a 20 to 25 pound weight gain. Keep eating your healthy meals but remember you are eating for two so you may have to eat a little more to feel satisfied. Also make sure there aren't a lot of preservatives in those microwavable dinners, you want to avoid those.

of course u can eat wot u want to no one says u cant eat them

of course! nothing wrong with it as long as it's healthy for you and the baby.

i dont see why you can't (im also not a doctor or dietitian)...if your unsure just call your doctor

As long as your eating more than just weight watchers meals I think its ok.

No the baby needs good food, so feed him.

ya this is kind of a dumb question but lean cuisines are good tho........

That's not a dumb question that is a very good one its OK to eat it as long as you over weight during pregnancy but lots of love and luck!!!

even though you are pregnant that does not meant aht you cant eat what you like. I did but i ate a double portion of it .1) for my baby and one for me

Yes. Just make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins and eating healthy snacks!

of course you can
you shouldnt stop eating stuff just because
you are pregnant or not
unless its not healthy for the baby
than feel free to stuff ur face with food =]

Thats great that you are eating those things :) Just make sure to eat enough for you and the little one. Those choices are what doctors try to get pregnant women to eat instead of junk food and such. You are on a great path :)

That's cool but you have to eat more than just that though, I mean you are eating for 2 the baby needs alot of nutrients to grow prpoerly...make sure you also take your prenatal pills,,,everyday! c'mon girl you have 9 months to eat WHATEVER you want, go for it.....your baby will be nice and healthy as long as you are. eat wisely fresh fruits veggies you know what I mean!

Good luck!

My opinion the healthier foods you eat the better for the little one . If you feel good He Or She should too.Keep on truckin.

Don't ready meals have lots of additives and chemicals in them? they could be quite detrimetal to the baby...

But yeah as long as you eat lots of fruit and veg and drink lots of water and make sure you get your daily intake of calories it will be fine. But always ask your doctor since you have to go to him/her for checkups anyway

I have heard that you need a few more calories during pregnancy, but not THAT many more. The equivalent to a hard boiled egg extra.

As long as you aren't actually loosing weight, you should be ok. Make sure you're on a pre-natal vitamin, get plenty of calcium, and try and calculate whether or not you are getting all your reccomended daily allowances (i.e. vitamines, fat, carbs..etc..). Yes you do need SOME fat. So make sure you get some, and try and make it a healthy one like olive oil.

I wouldn't each lean cusine and weight watchers EVERY meal, or even every day if you can help it. I'd only eat them if you're craving one, or if you don't have time to make your lunch. There's tons of preservatives in those things. You might look into some organic frozen lunches. I know the Whole Foods market here in Dallas sells organic options.

As long as your eating enough. Generally Americans over eat anyway, but you do need to eat a little more or your baby or you will suffer in some way. Fresh vegis and fruits are the best though. A lot of processed food may not be good... Even weight watcher or what ever, they still put stuff in it for shelf life, so there are no enzymes.. Make sure you ballence that food with the real stuff too.

Of course you can, just make sure you are getting your basic caloric and nutritional needs met and you should be fine. Those meals in and of themselves won't make you lose weight, they're simply pre-porportioned for people who want that convenience. Your body will tell you if you're not eating enough for you and the baby, and if you are not gaining adequate weight I am sure your doctor will tell you too.

Yes you can eat those. They are as healthy as any other meal. You should gain the amount of weight your doctor tells you is right for you. Gaining more weight then that will make losing it harder later.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
