How come I can gain weight sooo easily, but I can also lose it really easily too!


Question: Yesterday, in the morning, I weighed myself and I was like 135. That was after like a week or two of me eating normal, and I gained 5 lbs! So, yesterday I decided to eat healthier. I weighed myself this morning and I was 132! Is this normal?

it is normal to have shifts in your weight. it isnt real weight. it is shifts in fluid and waste. your weight can shift that much from morning til night. it is nothing to worry about.
