I am very slim !!! Please useful advises ?!

I am very slim, like 10 kilo underweight, i work all day, but the idea is that i don't have appetite. i eat like 1 meal a day and even not hungry! how can i open my appetite? what food makes me fatter in small quantity and less time ? Please give me useful advises.

Hey. Health food stores sell weight gainers. They are basically high carb, high protein shakes. They are quite tasty I imagine, with choclate, strawberry, vanilla, ect flavours. These should help you out.
What you need to be concerned about is that you get enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, and you are not going malnourished. People don't realize the importance of vitamins and minerals. Calcium for example is vital in things like maintaining and building healty bone mass, blood clotting, and a regular heart beat.
So make sure you pick up a good multi-vitamin. I recomned your local GNC store. They usually have quite knowledgeable staff who won't sell you anthing you don't need.

Take vitamin tablets.

Try protein shakes, there healthy and convienent. Also fastfood will usually do it.

eat food with high calories. you don't have to eat a lot but you do have to eat a lot of calories. that will get you fatter.

Try Ice creams.

i eat high caloieds foods that are low in fat and i try not to exercise all the time
i like being twiggy and i just take vitamins to keep up my health
i am underweight but still healthy
