Why am I so hungry? (Can I have some opinions too, please)?!

Question: I've been eating a lot for the past couple days, trying to get away from being skinny. I am around 15 lbs underweight, but recently I started to excercize, worry less, and eat as much the average person my age would eat.

Today I had lunch, breakfast, yogurt, apple, and half an orange and two glasses of milk. All healthy.
I think this is way too much for me, and I need help..I had an eating disorder and need opinions..:

Why am I hungry still and do you think that what I ate so far is a lot?, thanks

I don't think you ate enough. Most of fruit is water. And I notice you skipped dinner? You should eat 3 square meals a day and try to include something from all 5 food groups (even fats) to satisfy and fill you up more. If you drink a lot of water and after 10-20 minutes you are still thinking about food, then YOU ARE HUNGRY! Eat!

thats ok, just drink alot of water and do something to keep your mind off the food

Exercise makes you want to eat more because your body needs the extra calories (energy) to help you move and have stamina. What you ate for lunch was not too much and was very healthy.

water makes u full
if ur still hungry then do sumthin 2 keep ur mind off food like dance or go outside

its normal just dont eat for 3 days and youll get used to not eating so much just fruits and milk and a glass of water trust me it woks

maybe you aren't really hungry. You are so anxious about your weight ,that make you think about food all the time,,,,I also weight myself almost everyday that's why I understand you.I think if you are underweight maybe you can eat a little bit more ,,you are working out so you need more calories ,because you are burning all..eat more times a day until you feel satisfy and check your weight ..don't freak out if you gain some weight ,because I think you like to be skinny ,get your healthy weight first ,,work out ,but moderate ..

Your body is telling you you need more calories and is sending you a hungry message. This is due to the fact you have started to exercise. This is normal.
As far as what you ate for the the day.... it depends on what your lunch and breakfast consisted of. But everything else is fine and healthy and not too much.
More than likely it is not enough otherwise you would not still feel hungry.
You mentioned you had an eating disorder, do you have a support group? If not, you should look into one. In order to help you keep a realistic perspective.
You might also want to contact a doctor and/or a nutritionist if you are not sure if you are eating healthy or enough food.
Take care!
O.k. so you are not exercising. Then you are are simply not eating enough if you feel hungry. You still need to eat at least 3 healthy meals a day. Just keep dinner light .
