Is this a good diet plan?!


Question: Breakfast:
* Shreddies or corn flakes + an apple.
Also with a glass of water.

Snack:
1 piece of fruit + a bottle of water.

Lunch:
A choice between:
* Ham salad sandwich
* Chicken salad sandwich
* Tuna + Cucumber sandwich.
* Jacket Potato with beans.
* Salad pot
Also with 1 piece of fruit + 2 glasses of water.

Snack:
1 piece of fruit and a glass of water.

Tea/Dinner:
A choice between:
* A meat product with potatoes + veg.
* Jacket potato with beans.
* Chicken Kiev + low fat crinkle chips.
* Home-made stir fry.
+ a glass of water.

30 minutes after tea, 1 piece of fruit and a glass of water.

Exercise:
3 miles walking per day.
What other exercise should I do - no access to a gym and little equipment at home? I want to work on thighs, tummy and bottom.

Is that diet plan okay?
How much could I lose per week if I stuck to this plan?
