Diet pills? Any good ones out there?!


Question: I see all those ads on television for Hoodia, green tea, this and that, etc. Don't want to even go near the new ones that make you crap yourself. Is there really a diet pill out there that will boost your metabolism to AIDE in the weight loss? I have recently started Bob Greene's program and rejoined the gym. I have probably 40 pounds to lose. But would settle for 30. Hell, I'd settle for 10 right now. :-)

I am a seasoned LONG TERM dieter, and have tried any awfully lot of stuff. All I ever lost was my MONEY!!!!!

Your best bet is what you are doing with Bob Greens' program, going to the gym and building FAT BURNING MUSCLE!!!!

STAY AWAY from any type of "diet pill"! the BEST way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF is to exercise, eat 6 small meals/snacks a day and drink plenty of water. just because Oprah says it works (hoodia and green tea) don't by into it. Oprah has a personal chef that can prepare for her healthy meals 24/7 and a presonal trainer. us common people can not afford this luxury so we have to battle the bulge the hard way.

just eat sensibly and exercise, you'll do fine

ps..i used Oprah as an example bc i remember the episode where she talked about these two items

Also I have to say the best life diet has worked wonders for me. I bought the food last year and lost about 30 pounds. It took months though and I really missed the social drinking. Good luck. Persevere.

Diet pills are fraud. Reduce your calorie intake to about 1,000 calories a day and do about 20-30 minutes of cardio and you will lose a lot of weight.

I've spent way too much money on diet pills. Trust me, no pill will work good. Best thing Ive learned, is just be a little more physical. Don't waste your money like I did, just exercise and add more fruits and veggies, and cut snacks.
