How Can I Lose Weight By June?!

Question: ??!!?

Answers: ??!!?

Eat heathier things and less junk food, go outside and jog everyday.

My mom needed to lose weight quickly for a wedding she was going to attend. She didn't need to but she wanted to. She went on a soup diet. She ate soups that are quick and you just add hot water to. She had 3-4 a day and kept her calories at under 1000. She also only drank water and went swimming once a day and walking twice a day. She lost a lot of weight in a few months. Give it a try. The younger you are the better it will work and my mom is around 45 and it worked for her.

to maintain your current weight you should et 2000kcals per day. so to lose weight you need to restrict this to 1500kcals. but make sure you eat no less than 1500kcals as this will slow your metabolism & you won't lose anything.

i would recommend a class called body pump - this uses weights to tone you up & burn lots of calories (www.lesmills.com) - give your local gym a call to see if they run it. i did this class twice a week & could see big difference fast!!

if you are restricting your diet it's also a good idea to take a multivitamin to ensure you are getting all your vital nutrients.

if you cut your cals back to 1500 per day & do exercise 2-3 times per week you will lose 1-3lbs per week easily.

drink plently of water, try & increase the amount of fruit & veg you eat & swap white bread for brown bread, full cream milk to skimmed milk etc.

Drink alot of water, exercise with moderation and, eat alot of protien, fruit and veggies

Here's my advise, just eat healthily, find out what's in your food and keep your calories realistic - 1200 cals per day for a woman and 2000 for a guy. Exercise regularly - and I mean SWEAT, and don't weigh yourself more than once a week.
Fad diets prey on people who feel desperate and are looking for an easy way out. Don't buy into the hype. Remember, it took a long time to put the weight on and it will take about the same time to loose it, if your doing it right!!
Finally, don't try to loose weight if you are just average size! Super Skinny = Super Ugly and unhealthy. Maybe just concentrate on toning up, improve your muscle definition and you will look fantastic and be fit enough to put in the hours of hard work require to be a cheerleader.

well excerscising is the important thing. Eat small portions and a lot of fruits and vegetables. nuts are really good. Also drink 64 ounces of water a day. It cleans out your system and help you loose weight. Also drink about 3 glasses of milk a day, or at least 3 dairy. And do like 30 situps twice a day, jumping jacks, go on a walk, ride a bike, jumprope, and lift little weights or follow a cardio excersice program from tv or something.

well its january so yes you can lose weight by then... how much thought will differ.

Start watching what your eating, cutout bad foods and sugary foods, and eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean turkey and chicken, raw nuts and seeds, yogurt, sugar free jello or pudding, brown rice, baked potato (with salsa, not sour cream!)... stick to healthy foods. Take the number of calories it tells you to eat (which is how many you need to maintain your current weight without adding any exercise) and subtract 300-500 calories from it.
Try to get in exercise every day, 20-30 minutes of some type of cardio (jogging, walking, bike riding, swimming, etc)

Good luck, Toni Lynne =)

This site offers a free E-book on how to lose weight. It's been a great help for me, maybe it can help you as well?
