Yes. I lost a lot of weight playing basketball as a youth. The best kind is full court which requires you to both run back and forth the length of the court, run around each half court and jump a lot. It's probably the best sport for exercise. Football is running but not as much and baseball is barely any running. Soccer can have running if you play offense, but less on defense and none as goalie. All five players have to run in basketball. I've heard hockey is exhausting but expensive to get all that equipment and goalies don't move much.

chips/snacks: do 8 curls with full handful
