How can I lose 20 pounds in 2 months by running?!


Question: I am a cross country runner- and Im trying to get in shape and lose some fat by summer time. My question to you, is how many miles a day do you suppose I should run to lose 20 pounds in 2 months? I am 5/7 and probably 135 pounds.

ummm don't lose anymore then 10.. you would be way to skinny. Even at 135... you are pretty thin!! But I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by running 4 miles for about 1.5 months.. and 7/8 for 1.5 more months..

Plus please don't become anorexic!

2 miles a day under 16 min should be great carido workout.

Run much

Something that has always worked for me is run one mile for 3 days then two miles [a day]for the rest of the week then three miles[a day] the next week four the next and keep going until you reach 7 miles a day keep this up for the rest of the two month and you should be good.
