How to get a six pack?!

For starters, its very difficult to achieve a six pack in the first place. It takes a combination of bulky abdominal muscles and very low body fat. I wouldn't concentrate on losing any more weight because you at your height and weight you will already have low body fat. Instead concentrate on abdominal exercises in combination with protein rich meals. E.g instead of just doing sit ups add on some weight and then do the sit ups. I'll repeat DO NOT lose any more weight as it will break down your abdominal muscles.

yeah that's easy, do lots of sit ups, crunches.. and basically anything to work that area of your core.

Walk into the 7-11, pick up the 6 pack, carry said 6 pack to the counter where there should be someone ready to collect your money.

Set the 6 pack in front of them and produce a state-issued ID card and show the person, they may ask to hold onto it for a moment to scrutinize it. Then they will spout off a number that relates to the cost of the 6 pack.

If you agree with the price, you can produce the appropriate funds: Beware though! There may be change coming your way and you gotta have a hand ready to receive the change!

Well just losing wait wont get a a 6 pack!
Try going to the gym an useing pacific machines that work the abs etc. (that target that area) Try crunches an sit ups along with other excdercies.
Google how to get a 6 pack...that should give u ur best answer.

if your 15 they won't sell you one. i just get some one to go over to the vendor at the garrick, or windsor hotel. you don't need to lose weight unless you start drinking a couple six packs a day.

do cardio almost every day followed by a full body workout w/lifting weights and then the crunches/situps/etc. you need at least 10% of body fat or less in order to have your sixpack to show. cardio gets rid of the excess fat and the weight lifting and ab workouts help strengthen the muscles and make them more apparent.

ab workouts i would recommend are crunches, leg lifts, sit ups, bicycle crunches (where you alternate between bringing your elbow to the opposite knee, i.e right elbow to left knee etc)

running or other cardio exercises, crunches, situps, hanging leg raises, and eating right.
