I eat about 12 eggs a day, is this bad?!

No not since you are minimizing whole egg..Egg whites are really good for you. If you want to do one better...buy "egg beaters" they are really good and even more healthy and safer to eat when you eat in a large amount.

If this is all you eat- you are at the right amount of calories. But you need more nutrients than what you get from eggs.

replace some with meat and veggies, fruits, and wheat.

Are you feeling any negative side effects?
If you feel fine, I wouldn't worry about it.
Are you eating plenty of vegetables?

You should be having your cholesterol checked regularly by your physician. That will ultimately determine whether or not this is bad for you.
