Is it harmful to cut out milk?!

Question: I haven't had any kind of milk it probably at least 2 months. Its not that I don't like milk but in my mind there are better ways to get calcium and protein. I'm a very healthy eater and take a multivitamin everyday. I'm also trying to loss some weight. Am I doing more harm them good? Should I try to drink a glass of milk more often?

milk is not needed for proper health. humans are the only mammals on planet earth that drink the milk of another animal. humans as a species consume many things that are not needed, milk being one of them.

No. milk is not all that good for you. Did you know that in country that don't drink milk.. they have more calcium in their body's then country's that do drink milk? Cow milk is meant for baby cows.. not humans Get your calcuim from and protien from somewhere else, like you said you are already doing. What I think is really good and yummy is chocolate SILK soy milk.. yummy!!

I quit drinking milk 6 years ago and I'm healthier for it. Regular exercise is the key to losing weight and keeping it off. Diet is important, yes, but in combination w/ exercise.
Calcium enriched orange juice is actually 1 of the best ways to supplement calcium.
