If you want to lose weight eat REALLY healthy and exercise 6 days a week or so. not only will you gain muscle and lose fat. but you won't have loose skin. Congradulations on your 2 kids.

Your skin will most likely be a little saggy but if you do it the RIGHT way not too saggy and thats wayy to fast to lose 100 lbs you will def. have loose saggy skin you need to do it over a longer period of time watch what you eat and exersize like 5 mornings out of the week get some dieting pills and you'll lose weight gradually

u should talk with your doctor bcuz they can help u set up like a meal plan and wat would be safest for u to do. It may become saggy but u should be doing cardio if its safe for you and then tone up as well as long as its safe for you and also to eat whole grians, fruit etc and lots of water. Usually the pounds just come off with no sagginess but it depends on each persons body type etc. i would talk to a doctor first before anything.

I would get a personal trainer. They're expensive, but they set up an exercise and diet plan for you. You could ask for a few sessions from your hubby or friends as a birthday/holiday gift.

Also, having appointments with a trainer keeps you more on track and committed...You won't NOT show up to work out.

I lost 60 lbs last year using the Medifast diet. Google it....it worked for me and was worth the expense. It did it because my brother had lost 70 and his wife 100. It's not cheap, and it's simple but not easy. But if you can swing it and commit to it, it works and they have a great online support system. There are plenty in their online community who have done what you want to do, and their message boards are a great help. Check it out. I'd go to work for them if I could, no lie.

BTW, I saw my doctor first, got bloodwork done, told him about the diet (he approved), and had him follow up with bloodwork. The plan teaches you healthy eating habits and portion control, and helps you deal with food issues that you have. It's more than just buying product.
