Weight loss help!!?!


Question: i am 13 and very active love playing sports. i try to eat healthy and i play at least 5 hours of sports a week. still i am a about 145 lbs. I want to loose wight around thighs but mostly abs. please help with eating and excersizing advice. please be specific, also i want to be healthy and stay away from crash dieting and pills. Also if anyone has had the similar problem, what has worked for you?

AVOID food that contains hydrogenated oils (certain fried fast foods, etc.), high-fructose corn syrup (most, but not all sodas contain this, etc), and enriched flour . Just check the food label in the 'ingredients' part. America is the only country that has these ingredients which are literally fattening the people. Not only do they cause obesity, these ingredients also a big contributer to many diseases such as cancer, stroke, heart disease, sclerosis (just to name a few). All other countries have banned these products from their food. I personally eat organic food, which is just food without these ingredients and organic food is grown/processed without chemicals and artificial ingredients. If you want more information, all you have to do is type in hydrogenated oil or high fructose corn syrup in google and loads of information will come up. Hope this helps ;-)

OK, my advice is NEVER eat a doughnut it affects ur stomach and u can get fatter adn i knwo u do not want that to happen. If ur parents let u buy a power walk run on it for atleaet 1 or 2 hours and 1 and a half hour would work too. Do atleast 30 push up sit ups a day and do 100 jumping jacks. Try using conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) a natural fatty acid. Studies have shown that CLA helps reduce abdominal fat and increase lean muscle mass. Exercising is more important than dieting. Healthy eating is very important.
