jogging will help.

Switch to oatmeal - far less sugar, and eat fresh fruit, not dried....same thing.

Y'know, I tell all the cardiac patients the same thing....you you gotta have something - have it....but no more than 6 bites, and sit down a savour it - turn off the TV, sit down, and relish whatever it is...if you are going to "sin", you might as well enjoy it. Trashing down 7 pounds of cookies, you simply cant enjoy them

out of sight, out of mind.

dont buy junk food and force yourself to buy healthy foods. try getting a little bit of each food group (veggies, fruit, dairy, meats, grains, etc.) and plan more, smaller portioned meals. Eat 5 times a day with smaller meals. You will eventually lose an appetitie for snacking.

Also, try doing stuff to take your mind off food. Exercise, try playing sports, or even go shopping! (things you like and enjoy doing)

Good Luck!

Since anorexia is so serious and you sound like you maybe going into old thinking patterns with the stomach looking like a balloon i would suggest you go the Dr. and maybe consult a dietician. please take care of yourself with your history it is not a good idea to just go on any kind of diet

Stay far away from the mall.........no........i dont think all that you ate as you mentioned should give you weight i think they are fibrous too..............try walking to burn offand then switch to a fruit and veggies diet............for some time

Just try not to eat cookies and chocolate for a while and exercise a little more. It's only 6 or 7 pounds, so it should only take two or three weeks to lose the weight.

Try this dear lady...if you can...make a list of of 5 times per day and under each time place a couple of food items. Then when that time comes around eat just those items.
7am... Bowl of cereal
10am... apple and sport drink
1pm... Tuna sandwich and milk
4pm... peach yogurt cup
7pm... chicken breast & veggie with tea
do this for a week at a time until you become comfortable with eating small amounts of food throughout the day. Try your best not to eat anything after your last meal...drink water or a sports drink to help ease the empty feeling at any time you feel like eating other than at a scheduled time.
This seems like a lot of work but it helped my daughter overcome her fear of food and binge eating.
