What do athletes eat?!


Question: I have no intention on actually being a full on athlete, but if I could get an idea of what they eat and mirror it somewhat, that would be a good start to having a fit looking body.

Athlete mainly leave on supplements.
Meaning the consume high quality protein and Creatine.
Creatine gives them extra power and extra indurance to the muscle.
Protein makes the muscle bigger stronger and longer (which is very important !).
Furthermore they eat special meals that contain every little thing they need.
