15 to 20 minutes of biking a day will help me lose weight?!


Question: Will it considering I have school from 8 to 5 everyday sitting on my butt, and it really sucks. I'm sure I need much more excercise than that, but that's the least I can do.

And I can probably make each day a bit longer like.. 20 minutes to 25 and 25 to 30.

So anywho, will this help me lose weight?

And where? will it get rid or a booty and a little bit of belly fat?
I don't care about my legs and arms considering they're really skinny except for my butt and stomache little bit.

It will help, but you are right in thinking about going longer. Real benefits aren't normally seen until between 30 minutes to an hour. Also, intensity under 70 percent max heart rate does not yield the same benefits. But you are on the right track

yea i've done that , but with dieting too.

It will certainly help tone you up especially your legs but can i just say that if you have skinny legs and skinny arms..a little bit of a belly then you probably don't need to lose any weight. But I totally understan where your at. When I was young I thought my butt was huge, because I was also very slim. But as I got older. I realised that it wasn't huge, it was just that I had a bum. and as you get older your gonny love that booty but excercise is always good so do it anyway
