Yes. Basically the only way you are going to lose weight now is via atrophy (muscle wasting). For a woman being below 13% BF is dangerous anyway, you will lose your period, then your hair falls out--it ain't a good scene. At 10 % you are on death's door.

if you have 14% body fat and are female then you are already seriously on the low side. you don't need to lose anymore weight if you are indeed at 14%. fitness models and bodybuilders are around this same percentage when they lean down for competition or photo shoots. when you are this low your body doesn't like it and will do everything it can to prevent you from going any lower. if you continue to lower it you will stop menstrauting which is a serious side affect of the starved.
