Have u heard about "yoga". U should do "Prayanam" everyday.
Don't eat food which are rich in Carbohydrate, Starch like sugar , rice, banana.

Drink Milk eat lots of fruits and vegies
NO junk food

dont eat junk food and try to do exercise everyday before breakfast

Eat lots of cookies , cakes , patties .
try to be happpy , joyful
enjoy life , delicacies , curries
All the best
no need to loose weight

you should live a normal life style
dont over stress your self but eat light
not much rice
and have fruits, veggies, other healthy foods

You didnt write abt ur height n age , do anything to loose weight but never ever take any medicine for it , better do regular exercises n take some light diet without junk n oily stuff. One thing that can help you 100% in this problem is your own will power and confidence in urself that u can do it.....
