What's the ideal weight for a 5' 11'' 15 year old girl?!
Question: Ok. She's trying to loose a few pounds and she wants to know how many pounds she needs to loose. She wants to get into a bikini in summer, so I'm helping her feel good about herself. I just want to know an ideal weight. She has a bigger frame and she's muscular.
She's also got some tummy, thigh, and arm flab. How does she get rid of that? Thanks to all who can help me!

hmm it could vary from 134-176.
but like 156, is the average weight for girls that are that tall.
as for the extra skin, do some weight lifting for the arms, and jog for the thighs and do some abdominal exercises for the tummy

A good weight for a larger 5'11" girl is around 154-175. A medium sized girl is probably around 143-157.
A good way to work on most of those areas is running. Lifting weights is a good way to get rid of arm flab and tone arm muscles.
