Learn to deal with your hungry stomach, drink lots of water (no calories in water).
Start the diet in the morining when you havent eaten in 8 hours and have a small stomach.
Get plenty of easy exercise, like walking a lot.
No fatty foods like hamburgers, pizza, gravy, eat foods high in water (apples, etc).

1st eat plenty of fresh fruit, veggies and less red meat.
Stop the fast foods!...to much fat, carbs, etc.
2nd exercise slowly and then build up weekly
3rd don't eat foods from cans, to much salt
4th keep positive attitude
5th keep smiling!

lower your calorie intake per day to 1200, eat right, and excersize. It is better to have small meals throughout your day than to spurlge all at once or twice a day..make sure you have healthy snacks! Veggies don't have calories!
