Plz answer weight lifting question?!
Question: i am 13 yrs old and my dad said dont do weight lifting it wil stop your height but i wanna work out so is it true that it stops your height

No. But you have to be very careful. I would probably just do dumbbells and maybe bench press. I would not squat or anything like that because your dad is right, you are too young and I would think that might stunt your growth but i'm not positive on that note.
i don't know about height, but it will cause problems with muscle development. At your age you need to stick to cardio and endurance training. as far as weight training stick to machines and don't go heavy.
