Wow! I'd go for running or jogging, basic aerobics, shadow boxing. Do any basic cardiovascular activity that you can. Try to keep up the heart rate.

For abs you can try sit-us and lying leg-raises. For thighs you can do weightless squats: put your weight on your heels your hands straight in front of you, and do a complete squat, repeated 12-15 times, do about 3 sets.
