Will jumping rope and running help me lose weight??!


Question: I am planning on to jump rope and run for 4 days a week the 3 days left i will do a combo of weight training and jump roping or running.

This is a good plan if you stick to your schedule and don't start skipping a day here and a day there. You have to be constistent. Also, if you want to lose weight, yes you need to eat,but don't overdue it and think you can eat any thing you want and all you want; You still need to eat in moderation when it comes to starchy and fried foods. Also drink plenty fluids to keep from getting dehydrated and flushing toxins from your system. Good Luck!

aslong as ur moving ur burning calories with dont turn in to fat so ull be losing weight

It's a good workout, but no workout will help you lose weight if you don't change your diet.
