For a person who drinks 2 soft drinks a day?!

yes u will, u will be saving around 300 cal/a day which is 2100 cal/week, and u need to burn 3500 cal to lose 1 lbs, so definitely u will c a difference...

honestly ive been drinking like 3 sodas a day i dont get fat at all not even a litle pudge but water would be more healthier for u and tea doestn reall help anything its mostly for relaxing

Soda is a very small contributor to weight loss. Just think... it's a liquid. Sure there are elements in it that can convert to body fat, but not so much as solid food.

Soda is less fattening than a glass of milk.

You should assuming you are not consuming too many calories in the rest of your diet, plus carbonation & caffeine in the drinks cause dehydration which makes it harder to lose weight, not to mention the high sugar & sodium contents, so GOOD MOVE!!

yes. i heard that if you used to drink a softdrink everyday, just by cutting that out and replacing it with a glass of water you can lose 15 lbs a year! that means you could lose 30 lbs just by drinking no softdrink!

You would lose a lot. Soda has a lot of chemicals in it, and since it's a liquid it basically goes right into your blood stream when you drink it. That means youre absorbing even more chemicals, so your body has to work harder to eliminate those toxins, which causes you to gain weight. That's why people never lose weight when they switch from regular to diet soda.
