I'm in the process of loosing weight, but the pounds just arent adding up !?!


Question: im 14. i weighed 143 pounds at 5'4''. im not overweight, but i am big in my thighs and stomache. my boyfriend says im lazy and wont do anything, so im trying to prove him wrong. so for its been 3 weeks, and tomorrow is my second weigh in. but so far (as of what i know) ive only lost one pound ! ive been working out everyday! anywhere from an hour to two hours a day. ive been eating better and drinking nothing but water. does anyone have any tips to help shed those pounds a little faster???

Stay away from sweets.
No sodas, candy , chips too.
Don't eat after 6:00 p.m. Your not suppose to eat at least 3 hours before going to bed.
And remember if your stomach is growling, your body is losing weight.

Make sure you're drinking enough water. The more water you drink, the more weight you lose. Also, eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to make sure you keep your metabolism up.

first of all thts mean of ur bf to even say tht about u! and second of all it depends on what ur doing! like if ur just walk on the tredmill for 20 minutes, lifting 5 pound weights, and going 10 minutes (easy level) on the bike u arnt going to get any results! u have to push urself! dont just walk on the tredmill run on it! lift 20 pound weights and do those squat thingys (lol idk what they are called) and just go a thuffer level on the bike! and remember to eat healthy and excersize! thts also important!
