I'm 13 years old, and people say i'm fat, should I go on a diet?? If so !


Question: Ok I'm 13 years old and i weight 120 pounds, my height is 5'3 or 5'4. But a lot of people say i'm fat, I want to have a thinner waist and thiner thighs. I've tried everything to lose weight, I've starved myself but that was no help, what should I do???

I'm a size 7 in jeans and i want to get into at least a size 4 or 3.
please HELP me!!!!!!!!!!

well ,start by eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and have 6 small meals a day instead of 3. this speeds up your metabolism! Also, don't go on any extreme diet plans like " no carbs" or " no sugar" because everyone knows that may initially take off the pounds but you will gain it all back and then some. Also, starving yourself is not good, it slows down your metabolism to such a slow pace that any food you consume after you haven't eaten will be stored as fat. lastly, think thin and you shall be thin! don't deny yourself treats but rather eat them in portions!

idk your height and weight dont sound fat to me but just eating veges, fruits, and grains will lower your weight quite a bit

Most Americans young and old should be on a diet. Do not eat any fast food. EVER. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and fish and very little fatty meats and breads. Drink lots of water and jump rope for 30 minutes a day. Get 8 hours of sleep at night and smile. Being happy releases chemicals in your body necessary for maintaining proper weight. If you aren't happy, pretend. Pretending leads to happy a lot faster than you'd think.

don't over eat and exericise regularly. you're still young, if you eat right and have a healthy life habits, you should be fine and you'd have good body when you grow up.

YOU ARE NOT FAT!

Kids can be so f*ckin mean. Listen you are a very healthy weight. Every woman wants to loose weight ... but idealistically we should learn to love ourselves for who we are.

You sound very healthy in size... and are probably curvy which is sexy!

I was like you... and it used to bug me how TINY the other girls were... but eventually I learned to love I had curves... and once you love you for you life gets easier.

Now I am 23 and 5'3 and 135 and I think I look GREAT. I have curves and my man loves a curvy woman.

Each person is made differently. Each person is hard on themselves. There are some days I dont like my body like any woman... but I want to emphasize you are a perfect size because I once had an eating disorder because others hurt my feelings so much, and I eventually realized I was beautiful how I was made, and you are too!

(I wear a size 10 jeans... and the average size jeans for a woman is 14... girl you are fine!)

your skinny! geez my friend wheres a kids 10 and shes like model skinny

but eat smaller poportions.....healthier food, not that much fast food like once a week go out and eat
