How to lose weight when im 12?!

You don't even need to lose weight, but if you're anything like I was at 12, you won't believe that. So, first off, if you want to lose weight, do it for yourself, not for the boys. If the only thing boys want is someone with a good body, then they aren't worth anybody's time, including your's. So, if you want to get healthy, I'd recommend exercise. Don't overdo it; 3 times a week is great. Or, you could join a sport.

I'm sure you're fine the way you are. Unless you're fat I don't see why boys won't find you attractive. You are the perfect weight, infact. I'm underweight by at least 5-10 lbs. I weigh 95 and I'm 5'2.

To lose weight you need to set up a program for yourself with diet and exercise combined. You should try to eat food with low calories and try to eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can. try to get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every. Don't eat more than 2,000 calories a day. In addition to eating right, try to get 30 minutes to an hour of physical activity every day. This includes playing in the park, sports, or walking around the block. Basically anything that can get your heart rate up. Exercise a little, but don't hurt yourself.

Look into Weight Watchers, they have special weight groups for young people who want to lose weight. You can do it on line or go to their meetings. Meetings cost about $12 - 13 per week, but there are always specials for newcomers & times when the enrollment fee is waived. It doesn't sound as though you need to lose much, but it depends upon your frame and if you are still growing, too. You can also check with your regular doctor and see what he/she says and get a diet from his office for nothing. Most diets recommend that you drink 6 to eight ounce glasses of water a day. Have at least one green raw salad a day with low fat dressing or fat free dressing. The dressings that you spray on are really good. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper slices, radish slices. Have 1 - 2 raw fruit a day and 1 - 2 servings of vegetables. Avoid oil, butter, margarine, sugar and honey. Make sure you get enough calcium in milk, milk products, such as low-fat yogurt and take your supplements. You can begin a walking program, or just start walking more in your daily/weekly routine.
