Can a client pay for personal training sessions through their insurance?!

Question: If so, how do the trainer receive the payments?

Answers: If so, how do the trainer receive the payments?

Actually there are certain insurance companies in certain states that pay a relatively small amount ($300- $700 per year) for preventive health programs including personal training.

Your trainer needs to be certified and some insurance companies even specify the certification agency. Check with your insurance company first for the specifics in your state.

That's something you'd have to ask your insurance carrier about.

But considering how incredibly cheap they are about even paying for life saving surgery for people who need it, the chances of you getting something paid that you don't "need" to survive is slim to nil.

I doubt it........I've never been paid that way. Before I was
freelance, I was always paid by the company I worked for
directly.
