Do any girls have the same problem as me? Did you fix it?!


Question: Any teen girls out there have the same problem as me? And did you ever fix the problem? The problem might sound weird, but:

My calves and thighs. I am about 5 pounds overweight (Even though it doesn't look like it). I always feel jealous around my friends, because their calves and thighs are a little bit smaller then mine. There is not much muscle in my thighs and calves, just some fat. I want to be able to fit into their size jeans, and I know that I sould be able to, for my height, age and size.

Any of you girls have the same problem as me? Did you ever fix it? How? P.S will loosing thoes 5 pounds (or more) help the fatty thighs and calves go away? ? ? ?

Cardio will help you to lose weight all over! If you wanna tone, then every 48 hours do weights on your arms, legs, butt, etc... but other than that, do cardio. Start wiht 30-45 min every two days if you're not used to it, and over a few weeks build it up to an hour a day. Don't rush, get your body slowly used to it!

Well I don't have that problem however your legs could actually be muscular. To get them smaller try doing squats and lunges and don't forget your cardio.

everyone's body is different. you can thank genetics for that. you can tone the muscles but you cant choose where you lsoe the fat from. sorry. everyone has parts of their body that they do not like. i dont like my thighs.

Its all in your mind and it is a mental disability to force yourself into feeling bad about yourself and compare yourself to everyone elses body when you do not have their body. Your too young to start worring about five pounds. Try finding another hobby besides obsessing over your non weight issue.
