I think you should, but You don't have to tell your mother unless you feel it's necessary. But you MUST tell your doctor, 85 pounds for a person over 11 is a very unhealthy weight. It is extremely dangerous to deny the body food. And it causes many severe problems, some of which may already be occurring. You don't need to starve yourself be comfortable with who you are, i know it's hard but try to accept yourself. and by the way, 85 pounds for a grown women is a pretty unattractive weight. if your trying to be sexier. You should be putting on weight. Men these days want curves, not bones. Believe me i am one. And even though the vogue models may not be saying so, don't listen to them. There all doing coccaine anyways.

Yes, if you're unable to help yourself, then you need to seek professional help and support from your family at this time. I pray that you're really wanting help. This is a very dangerous situation and should be taken care of immediately.

if you are afraid, dont tell her, tbh she probably knows.

just stop and pig out for a bit, its really none of your business unless it continues, so stop now and dont tell her.,

You should definately tell your mom. She will know what to do. She will be more concerned than mad at you and she should be happy that you came to her. Good Luck

u should reely tell her and get professiona help be4 smth dangerous happens (if it already hasnt).

your mom loves you and only wants what's best for you
just say like "mom, i really need your help i've been starving myself/throwing up and i can't stop...will u help me??"
or that's what i'd do

are u losing wieght or gaining weight > U SHOULD TELL UR MOM AND DOCTOR!

Tell your mom. Losing that much weight I am surprised she isn't concerned that she noticed.
You can try stimulating your appetite with a multivitamin and B vitamins, omega fatty acid, yogurt (probiotics) and enzymes.

you should seek advice
but not necicarily from your mum, if you don't feel comfortable
